Medication Assisted Treatment
The Phoenix Center’s Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program is a comprehensive recovery program for individuals with a substance use disorder associated with the increased use of opiates or alcohol. We recognize substance use disorders as a chronic, recurring and potentially fatal disease that can be treated by providing medications such as:
Suboxone / Subutex / Vivitrol
Benefits of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT):
- Outpatient Care
- Reduces or Eliminates Cravings
- Decreases withdrawal symptoms
- Reduces the risks of recurrence
- The MAT program offers medications to treat moderate to severe opioid and alcohol use disorders.
Benefits of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT):
- Participation in Outpatient treatment is an absolute requirement of the MAT Program.
- A lockbox is required for all patients receiving MAT services.
