Harm Reduction Coalition
The Palmetto Harm Reduction Coalition is a Greenville-based organization dedicated to the health and safety of people who use drugs. We believe everyone deserves dignity and respect, regardless of substance use.
Through education, advocacy, and access to resources, we work to:
- Reduce the risks associated with drug use
- Prevent overdose deaths
- Promote public health
We collaborate with people who use drugs, healthcare providers, policymakers, and the community to create a safer and healthier environment for all.
